Centering Our Bodies Centering Our Work
This year, we all have been faced with unique challenges as a result of 2020, and we’ve seen an unfortunate increase in sexual assault and domestic violence. Our theme for this year’s Summit is “Centering Our Bodies, Centering Our Work.” In the midst of a global crisis, as survivors and professionals in this work, we cannot lose sight of our personal commitments to ourselves, to our work, to those things we hold true and valuable. The Summit will provide pathways that will guide participants to gain the knowledge and tools they need to enhance the way they show up in body, mind, and spirit.
The Summit continues to serve as an impactful day for survivors to gain essential tools and knowledge that will support them in their journey of healing. This opportunity will also benefit advocates and professionals who interact with survivors and provide professional development and continuing education.
